- Perform Computer System Validation (CSV)
- Administer business systems
- Provide user support
- Drive system enhancements
- Develop system operating models
- Maintain system documentation
- Support IS audits
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders
- Manage external vendors
- Act as a trusted IS advisor
- Ensure compliance with GxP and GDP guidelines
