Anforderungen
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Informatics, or equivalent
- Extensive Business Intelligence experience (preferably 5+ years)
- Mandatory experience with Business Objects reporting tools and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- BO administration skills desirable
- Strong knowledge of ABAP and SQL
- Experience with SAP BDC, Datasphere, Databricks, UI5, Fiori, CDS, or ODATA beneficial

Aufgaben
- Act as digital focal point and subject matter expert for BI reporting requirements
- Drive end-to-end solutions focused on business value, user experience, and innovation
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into digital solutions
- Contribute to defining the overarching BI strategy, roadmap, and standards
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality BI solutions adhering to guidelines
- Prioritize user experience and business outcome in BI solution development
- Deliver projects on time, on quality, and on cost using agile methodologies
- Implement new functionalities based on business processes
- Ensure seamless integration of new tools and updates
- Drive simplification and consolidation of the application landscape
- Direct internal nearshore and offshore team activities
- Lead change management efforts post-deployment
- Advise on scoping, deployment, maintenance, and evolution of BI information systems
- Coordinate communication across digital areas
