Anforderungen
- 4–7 years supporting enterprise PLM solutions
- 3+ years leading business applications, projects, or portfolios
- Hands-on Siemens Teamcenter or PTC Windchill experience
- Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and SDLC methodologies
- Strong understanding of PLM, change management, PDM, BOM management, configuration management, and NPI
- Experience managing system implementations and PLM integrations with ERP/manufacturing systems
- Experience in manufacturing or engineered product industries
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Manufacturing, or related field
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Siemens Teamcenter, Product Professional/Associate, Manufacturing Associate, PTC, PMP, Agile certifications
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Experience supporting global manufacturing and engineering organizations
- Fluent English and German (written and spoken)
Aufgaben
- Own global Teamcenter and PTC Windchill platforms
- Define and maintain application architecture, technical standards, CI/CD processes, security controls, governance, and incident response
- Partner with Business Application Owners and cross-functional teams to execute the PLM roadmap and support digital transformation
- Manage PLM vendors and technical relationships
- Lead administration, configuration, integration, and optimization of PLM systems and related applications
- Drive continuous improvement, user adoption, and new feature implementation
- Manage platform upgrades, releases, deployments, and change management activities
- Act as the primary IT liaison for PLM initiatives
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and executive reporting
- Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor platform performance and business impact
- Manage incidents, escalations, documentation, and support processes
- Oversee licensing, budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and support contract negotiations/renewals
