Anforderungen
- Minimum 10 years enterprise systems integration experience
- At least 3 years leadership role owning integration program
- Deep familiarity with Enterprise Service Buses
- Working knowledge of CRM and CPQ platforms
- Background in manufacturing or industrial equipment supply chains preferred
- Familiarity with intercompany order flows, CPQ, ETO environments a plus
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to present program status to VP-level audience
- Translate ambiguous business requirements into integration designs
- Comfortable operating across multiple European time zones remotely
- Fluent English required
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering
Aufgaben
- Own the global enterprise integration strategy and roadmap
- Define and enforce integration governance standards
- Manage API design conventions, idempotency, and cutover controls
- Oversee environment promotion processes from UAT to Production
- Define documentation requirements for integrations
- Ensure integrations are resilient to future platform changes
- Manage the Enterprise Service Bus platform relationship architecturally
- Oversee Enterprise Service Bus recipe governance
- Manage on-premises Enterprise Service Bus agent patching and stability
- Escalate with Enterprise Service Bus vendor support
- Manage vendor relationships with ERP and CPQ platform providers
- Collaborate on integration APIs and data handoff standards with vendors
- Translate business process requirements into integration designs
- Oversee the data warehouse integration layer
- Manage daily table loads from cloud and on-premises ERP systems
- Report integration program status, risks, and KPIs to VP of IT
- Report to relevant business stakeholders on a regular cadence
- Escalate blockers promptly with recommended resolution paths
- Evaluate and introduce new integration tooling, patterns, or platforms
- Maintain a pragmatic and cost-conscious middleware estate
