Anforderungen
- 5+ years of hands-on experience
- University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain management, or related subject
- Experience using RELEX and BLUE YONDER planning solutions
- Solid understanding of international trade and supply chain processes
- Proven planning skills in challenging situations
- Problem-solving capacity and analytical thinking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio)
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
Aufgaben
- Lead, develop, and facilitate the E2E Planning process
- Serve as the single point of contact for E2E Planning standards
- Lead the development of the Planning strategy
- Share, enhance, and accelerate Planning knowledge and best practices
- Manage the further development and improvement of Planning tools
- Facilitate the roll-out and adoption of Planning tools in all countries and with suppliers
- Ensure up-to-date market and industry knowledge on E2E Planning
- Develop and implement innovation and market best practices
- Steer global development of E2E Planning practice
- Define and execute strategic measures to improve forecast accuracy, availability, and stock
- Facilitate the adoption of standard processes and IT solutions for Planning in all Metro countries
- Create ground for further development and innovation in Planning
- Lead the international Planning community (Key Users & Country Experts)
- Facilitate experience sharing between countries
- Leverage generative AI tools to improve productivity in Planning
- Leverage generative AI tools for knowledge management in Planning
- Leverage generative AI tools for training content development in Planning
- Leverage generative AI tools for communication within the Planning area
