Anforderungen
- Supply planning and inventory management
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field

Aufgaben
- Own central stock replenishment for optimal product availability
- Manage inventory levels and stock days
- Create, manage, and follow up on purchase orders to RDCs
- Ensure timely confirmation, delivery, and receipt of goods
- Monitor stock availability, coverage, and inventory performance
- Identify and initiate corrective actions for shortages or overstocks
- Challenge and optimize supply chain parameters
- Collaborate with Demand Planning, Flow Management, Procurement, Logistics, and Transport teams
- Align supply plans with demand and operational constraints
- Monitor supplier delivery performance (OTIF)
- Analyze delivery deviations and work with suppliers on corrective actions
- Coordinate with Flow Management and Procurement to steer supplier performance
- Escalate issues and support resolution of delivery and capacity constraints
- Ensure balanced and feasible inbound planning
- Align delivery schedules with RDC capacities and logistics requirements
- Support operational and project-related initiatives
- Develop, document, and maintain supply planning processes and standards
- Monitor and analyze supply planning KPIs and inventory metrics
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for availability, efficiency, and cost performance
- Contribute to process optimization and automation in planning
