Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or comparable field
- Proven experience in Business Management, Consulting, Chief of Staff, Business Partnering, Strategy, Project Management, or similar fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, experience in KPIs, business data, reporting, and management information
- Strong interest in and practical understanding of digital tools, automation, and AI
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, strong ownership, follow-through, ability to structure complexity, prioritize, and communicate clearly
- Confident communicator with experience engaging senior management and cross-functional stakeholders
- Proactive, hands-on, structured, and solution-oriented, ability to create clarity and drive progress in ambiguous situations
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
Aufgaben
- Act as a trusted Business Manager and sparring partner
- Support commercial priorities, business performance, and key decisions
- Develop a strong understanding of the Commerce business
- Translate KPIs, performance, challenges, and opportunities into insights
