Anforderungen
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or comparable qualification
- Proven professional experience in project management, ideally in premium consumer goods or dynamic product-driven environment
- Proven track record of successful product launches, ideally across multiple functions, markets, or stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, focusing on deadlines, quality, and business objectives
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, structured, detail-oriented, solution-focused approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to influence, coordinate, and build relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, anticipate challenges, and drive projects forward
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills, strong hands-on mentality, drive for excellence
- Experience with AI and project management tools, advanced PPT skills, interest in developing and optimizing processes
- Excellent command of English, good German language skills are an advantage
Aufgaben
- Lead end-to-end commercial product launch projects
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Supply Chain, and other business functions
- Drive the Go-to-Market strategy and execution for new product launches
- Proactively monitor project progress, identify dependencies and potential roadblocks
- Oversee the development and timely delivery of marketing materials, sales tools, launch assets, and promotional activities
- Ensure all launch activities align with brand strategy, brand guidelines, commercial objectives, and target-market expectations
- Establish and continuously improve project management standards, processes, tools, and methodologies
- Act as a central point of contact and facilitator across functions
- Partner with the Senior Director Project Management Commerce on strategic planning and operational priorities
- Partner on the continuous development of the commercial project management organization
