Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field

Aufgaben
- Take ownership of medium- to high-complexity projects from concept to market launch
- Guide projects through development, industrialization, and market launch
- Bring together stakeholders across R&D, Product Management, Operations, suppliers, and external partners
- Resolve roadblocks and align priorities with stakeholders
- Keep projects moving forward
- Develop and maintain robust project plans, budgets, forecasts, and timelines
- Ensure effective execution across all project phases
- Track key milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
- Track project performance
- Proactively identify deviations and implement corrective actions
- Establish clear communication and information flows across project teams
- Ensure stakeholders have necessary insights for informed decisions
- Report on project progress, milestone and gate status, risks, and escalations
- Enable timely decisions and appropriate interventions
- Ensure accurate, up-to-date project documentation
- Manage changes in a structured and transparent way
- Identify opportunities to simplify project management processes
- Eliminate inefficiencies in project management
- Strengthen execution across Product Development
- Explore and implement digital tools to improve project execution
- Explore and implement automation to improve project execution
- Explore and implement AI-powered solutions to improve project execution
- Act as a catalyst for greater efficiency across Product Development
