Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Economics, or comparable field
- Proven experience in Business Management, Project Management, Consulting, Commerce, or similar environment

Aufgaben
- Act as Business Manager for Project Management Commerce
- Drive business priorities, cross-functional initiatives, process improvements, and operational topics
- Ensure effective execution and sustainable results
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from planning through implementation
- Ensure clear ownership, strong stakeholder alignment, and timely project execution
- Translate strategic and business requirements into structured action plans, priorities, and deliverables
- Act as a key interface between functions and management levels
- Ensure effective communication, alignment, transparency, and consistent follow-up
- Create transparency around business and project priorities through KPIs, milestones, risk tracking, and management reporting
- Develop, align, document, and implement standardized business processes and project management workflows
- Improve efficiency, transparency, and quality of execution
- Prepare clear, concise, and management-ready presentations, analyses, and decision-making materials
- Support effective business decisions
- Proactively identify challenges, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Drive solutions through to successful completion
- Support the Senior Director Project Management Commerce in driving strategic priorities, business initiatives, process development and implementation, and operational topics
