Anforderungen
- Several years of experience in Product Management, Category Management, Business Development, Go-to-Market, Sales, Marketing, or similar commercial role
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Product Management, Engineering, Design, or related field
- Proven track record of driving growth and business performance
- Experience building, launching, or scaling new product category, brand, business unit, or growth initiative
- Strong understanding of turning opportunities into commercial success

- Experience working with suppliers, manufacturers, and sourcing teams
- Strong understanding of costing, product quality, and commercialization
- International sourcing and manufacturing experience is a plus

- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Aligning teams across Product Development, Design, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Sourcing, and other functions

Aufgaben
- Build and shape the future of CYBEX Pets
- Define category strategy, product portfolio, and roadmap
- Identify consumer needs and market opportunities
- Translate insights into innovative products and growth opportunities
- Develop business cases for new products and initiatives
- Guide opportunities from concept to market launch
- Optimize the Pets portfolio, including forecasting and KPIs
- Manage sales and profitability performance
- Partner with Design, Development, Quality, Sourcing, Operations, Marketing, and Sales
- Turn ideas into outstanding products and consumer experiences
- Ensure on-time, on-cost, and on-quality delivery
- Act as a central driver across functions
- Align teams around priorities, timelines, and milestones
- Identify risks and drive solutions
- Support category introduction and positioning
- Develop compelling product stories and sales tools
- Engage customers and provide product training
- Execute sell-in activities and go-to-market strategies
- Establish structures, processes, and ways of working for a new category
