Anforderungen
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Professional experience in business management, Chief of Staff, corporate strategy, management consulting, PMO, business analytics, or comparable role supporting senior leadership
- Analytical and numerical skills, strong business acumen, structured, hypothesis-driven problem-solving approach
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and AI skills, ability to work confidently with complex data; hands-on Power BI capability preferred, SQL, data modelling or workflow automation as advantage
- PowerPoint and executive communication skills, ability to synthesize complex information into concise, decision-ready management materials
- Project management and stakeholder management skills, ability to drive cross-functional execution without formal authority
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and sensitive topics simultaneously
- High integrity, trustworthiness, discretion, and sound judgement with confidential information
- Proactive ownership mindset, resilience, ability to anticipate needs, work independently, and challenge constructively
- Excellent written and verbal English; German as strong advantage. Confidence using Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled productivity tools
Aufgaben
- Act as a trusted business partner and support to the COO
- Translate strategic priorities into structured work plans, decisions, and follow-up actions
- Prepare and maintain management reports, KPI dashboards, and performance analyses
- Identify trends, deviations, root causes, and actionable insights
- Support business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario assessments
- Track performance in close cooperation with Finance and relevant functions
- Prepare concise executive presentations, decision papers, and business cases
- Prepare briefings for senior leadership and management forums
- Establish and maintain governance for strategic COO initiatives
- Manage milestones, risks, dependencies, responsibilities, and decision points
- Independently coordinate selected strategic and cross-functional projects
- Manage stakeholders for strategic projects
- Track deliverables for strategic projects
- Proactively escalate risks or delays for strategic projects
- Plan and prepare leadership meetings
- Document decisions from leadership meetings
- Maintain action logs from leadership meetings
- Ensure disciplined follow-through on commitments
- Consolidate information across functions
- Create transparency on priorities and trade-offs
- Facilitate alignment on priorities, trade-offs, and required decisions
- Provide executive assistance to the COO
- Provide occasional personal assistance to the COO
- Coordinate COO's calendar, travel, and meetings
- Handle administrative coordination for the COO
