Anforderungen
- Degree in business administration or comparable qualification
- Minimum 7 years OTC domain experience, 4 years OTC Process Architecture & Design
- Proven functional SAP S/4 HANA expertise
- Excellent understanding of corporate value chain and end-to-end processes in industrial environment with sales process focus (OTC)
- Flexibility, independent working, and enjoyment of developing innovative solutions
- Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and team orientation for complex customer inquiries
- Very good English communication skills
- Willingness to travel in EMEA region (20-30%)
- SAP certifications or equivalent
Aufgaben
- Manage, design, and implement business requirements and IT solutions in international projects
- Manage SAP S/4 HANA roll-outs and integrations in the EMEA region
- Collaborate on SAP OTC template design and roll-out programs
- Review and adjust processes during S/4 transformation
- Support design and implementation of new processes and system changes
- Process enquiries, analyze errors, and coordinate corrective measures with SAP process managers
- Participate in the digital transformation of company processes
- Create user documentation, process descriptions, and change request analyses
- Cooperate closely with process managers and central IT
- Ensure governance and compliance with template specifications for S/4HANA rollouts
