- Coordinate with external service providers
- Prepare meeting rooms for meetings and events
- Organize refreshments and catering for meetings
- Provide operational support during meetings and events
- Perform cleaning and maintenance in office areas
- Perform cleaning and maintenance in common areas
- Follow cleaning schedules and hygiene procedures
- Monitor cleaning supplies and coordinate replenishment
- Identify and report maintenance issues and damage
- Carry out cleaning and maintenance of company apartments
- Assist with furnishing and equipping new apartments
- Prepare apartments for employee move-ins and move-outs
- Conduct inventory and condition checks for apartments
- Support expatriates with apartment move-in processes
- Assist with key handovers for apartments
- Introduce employees to apartment facilities
- Monitor compliance with company housing policies
- Document issues or deviations from housing policies
