- Drive merchandising concepts and floor plans
- Manage localization for stores, corners, and new openings
- Ensure high-quality execution of merchandising standards
- Drive continuous process improvement
- Act as a key interface between local teams and HQ in Paris
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, visual merchandising, sales, CRM, and digital teams
- Support launches and campaigns
- Achieve sustainable sales growth per category
- Maintain strong margins and product profitability
- Ensure healthy inventory turnover and high stock accuracy
- Achieve high product availability and continuous sales development
- Translate strategy into commercial success
- Create compelling customer experiences across retail and e-commerce
