- Familiarity with antibody or peptide conjugate modalities

- Connect targets with suitable modalities
- Define tailored lead-finding strategies
- Design and optimize antibodies and peptides using computational and AI approaches
- Build and apply modeling pipelines for various properties
- Generate and triage design hypotheses by integrating diverse data
- Develop automated workflows for candidate generation, scoring, and selection
- Collaborate with wet-lab teams to define design goals and interpret data
- Identify acceleration opportunities with AI capabilities
- Partner with IT/HPC stakeholders to ensure compute infrastructure
- Communicate outcomes via reports, visualizations, and presentations
