Prepare procurement and contract documentation with technical services
Organize and coordinate all procurement stages
Issue invitations to tender
Verify compliant submission and admissibility of proposals
Evaluate proposals
Negotiate contracts with selected economic operators
Ensure compliance with KPIs and procurement innovation
Improve time to contract
Provide guidance on legal and industrial policy measures
Ensure stakeholder understanding of procurement processes
Safeguard compliance of procurement activities with ESA rules
Monitor contract performance
Negotiate contract amendments
Deal with administrative, contractual, legal, and industrial matters
Interact regularly with industrial counterparts
Build trust with project managers and technical officers
Advise on procurement-related matters
