Aufgaben
- Manage daily business with the Finance Director
- Act as sparring partner for Finance Director, departments, and European HQ
- Manage full P&L for retail and web businesses in Germany, Switzerland, and Scandinavia
- Prepare and monitor budget, revisions, and forecasts
- Follow up with budget owners
- Consolidate country data to HUB level
- Standardize and enhance controlling processes with HUB
- Prepare ad-hoc requests
- Prepare, analyze, and present weekly/monthly reports
- Manage and control monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Serve as contact for auditors on controlling questions
- Manage a team of ~4 controllers
- Collaborate with the Controlling Project Manager
