Anforderungen
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or comparable field, ideally with Finance/Controlling focus
- Several years of relevant experience in controlling, financial performance management, management reporting, or comparable role
- Confident user of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Analysis for Office, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Think-Cell is a plus
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, affinity for numbers and digital tools
- Excellent communication skills, ability to present complex information clearly
- Fluent in German and English, comfortable in international environment
- Independent, proactive, structured working style, strong team-oriented mindset
- Relevant experience and motivation to grow into the role
Aufgaben
- Prepare monthly management reporting with actual vs. target analysis
- Support the planning process
- Extract, validate, and analyze large data volumes from different sources
- Turn complex data into clear visualizations and management presentations
- Prepare ad hoc analyses and special evaluations to support business decisions
- Develop and optimize controlling processes, reporting tools, and data quality
- Identify opportunities to improve financial performance management efficiency and transparency
