Anforderungen
- Commercial vocational training, international trade diploma, or comparable qualification
- Sound understanding of business and trade processes
- 1–3 years relevant professional experience in logistics, supply chain, or similar
- Interest in supply chain and logistics
- Comfortable monitoring containers and overall supply chain
- Familiarity with dangerous goods regulations
- Familiarity with foreign trade regulations
- Familiarity with Incoterms
- Familiarity with tax regulations

- Knowledge of another Central European language (Polish, Romanian, or Bulgarian) is ideal
Aufgaben
- Support the European Sales team with customer orders and inquiries
- Administer customer and product changes, returns, and freight discounts
- Serve as the first internal point of contact for Sales, Supply Chain, Value Chain, Marketing, and Technology
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly
- Support the Sales team in building and maintaining customer relationships
- Enter, cancel, and amend orders at customer and Sales requests
- Coordinate orders with logistics service providers according to schedules
- Enter customer account and payment information into SAP and Salesforce
- Create, maintain, and amend freight orders in TM
- Process freight invoices
- Develop an understanding of the Plant Advantage portfolio
- Provide product-related support on stock availability, order status, and delivery times
- Handle requests for label changes and sample deliveries
