- Process customer order changes and updates
- Review open order reports regularly
- Provide accurate order status information to customers and sales
- Coordinate and follow up on urgent customer orders and delivery requests
- Prepare and issue proforma invoices
- Process credit notes and rebills
- Act as a point of contact for customer complaints
- Ensure efficient resolution of customer complaints
- Enter return authorizations into the system
- Provide Quality department with relevant documentation
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team
- Manage customer communication for sales support
- Handle order-related activities for sales support
- Generate reports for sales support
- Perform other sales support tasks as required
