Aufgaben
- Lead technical discovery, qualifying conversion rates, trade-offs, fraud exposure, and integration constraints
- Design end-to-end solution architectures orchestrating document verification, digital identity, fraud signals, biometric authentication, eID, EU Digital Identity Wallet flows, and e-signature
- Link technical choices to client business objectives and KPIs
- Define defensible architecture decisions covering fallback logic, data residency, scalability, and performance
- Support Sales with proposals, RFPs, and RFIs, advising on capability combinations
- Lead proof-of-concept and pilot engagements, configuring API integrations, building Postman collections, and managing sandbox environments
- Validate behavior under realistic conditions and document go-live requirements
- Guide client developers through API and mobile SDK integration, including webhooks, authentication, and testing
- Troubleshoot integration issues by reading logs and diagnosing failures at API and SDK level
- Maintain an integration map of client architecture, data flows, and dependencies
- Own the account from signature to go-live, running the go-live plan and handing off documented accounts
- Build trusted advisor relationships with business and technical stakeholders
- Represent client's technical reality internally, feeding back integration blockers and product gaps
- Work with internal escalation teams on platform issues with clear technical context
- Stand alongside Sales in client meetings, addressing objections on integration
- Improve demo environments, architecture templates, and integration guides
- Mentor team members as the practice grows
