Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Business, Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Commercial Apprenticeship with additional qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience in customs and foreign trade
- Proficiency in SAP (ideally GTS module) and Google G-Suite
- Professional English proficiency (minimum C1) and native/bilingual German (C2)
- Strong communication, conflict-management, and teamwork skills
- Autonomous and reliable work style
- Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity
Aufgaben
- Support strategic alignment of customs processes and systems
- Ensure seamless flow of internal and external international supply chain
- Ensure compliant customs processes
- Serve as primary customs contact for Airbus Aerostructures GmbH
- Coordinate customs activities across all Airbus Aerostructures GmbH locations
- Maintain alignment with customs authorities
- Coordinate company internal interdependencies
- Foster the customs network
- Perform internal customs audits
- Manage quarterly accounting
- Lead negotiations regarding customs permits and processes
- Initiate customs projects for cost optimization
- Manage risks and opportunities in coordination with Risk Management
- Oversee development, implementation, and optimization of the customs system (SAP-GTS)
- Manage customs system changes and user testing
- Generate and report customs statistics and KPIs
- Control operational customs areas
- Manage external customs agents
- Ensure contractual compliance with external customs agents
- Conduct training for staff on customs regulations
- Provide guidance to departments such as Purchasing and Logistics
