Aufgaben
- Manage and monitor supplier groups for compliance, conformance, and performance
- Act as the key operational interface for product and service delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for supplier improvement, risk mitigation, and operational excellence
- Manage supply chain and quality aspects of contracts
- Take full operational responsibility for supplier On Time, On Quality, and On Cost performance
- Manage supplier quality approvals and ensure compliance with certifications
- Coordinate with stakeholders for supplier certifications
- Monitor and support new product introductions (NPI)
- Monitor and support Transfer of Work (ToW)
- Monitor and support design changes for industrial qualification maturity
- Evaluate supplier capacity and capabilities
- Identify industrial risks
- Implement short-term recovery plans
- Lead continuous performance improvement projects
- Serve as the central operational interface to suppliers
- Coordinate internal stakeholders with suppliers
- Ensure alignment with Multi-Functional and Divisional Teams (MFT/MDT)
- Assess suppliers during the tendering phase
- Report on operational supplier performance using standard management tools
