Anforderungen
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business Informatics, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong cyber security strategy, governance, risk, vulnerability, and incident response knowledge
- Experience managing security service providers (SOC, MDR, outsourced operations)
- Experience supporting audits, compliance, and governance in complex organisations
- Strong stakeholder management, influence, and communication skills
- Ability to translate technical risks into business decisions and recommendations
- Strategic, analytical, structured approach with ownership and accountability
- Entrepreneurial mindset enabling business objectives while managing risk
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with Microsoft security technologies, cloud security, transformation programs, carve-outs, or international organisations highly desirable
- CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent certifications are a plus
