Anforderungen
- 2+ years analytics engineering, data engineering, or data warehousing/modeling experience
- Strong SQL skills with dimensional modeling and semantic layer design experience
- Hands-on experience with dbt or similar for data transformation on cloud data warehouse
- Skilled in automated data quality tests, logic audits, and PR reviews
- Ability to connect business problems to data, models, and metrics, communicating clearly
- Comfortable collaborating with engineers and analysts on system design and data logic
- Experience in fast-paced technology environment, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain domain
- Proficient in AI-assisted development workflows for query design and data processing
- Understanding of orchestration frameworks and data lineage/observability tools
- Working knowledge of downstream BI/visualization tools

Aufgaben
- Build and maintain core data models, including dimension and fact tables
- Collaborate with Product, Software Engineering, and Data Engineering on system deployments and feature rollouts
- Translate business definitions and KPIs into the semantic layer
- Build business-logic-dense tables as Single Source of Truth assets
- Build automated data tests to safeguard data health
- Conduct logic and data integrity audits on core metrics
- Monitor data quality and platform performance with Data Engineering
- Support lineage and discovery documentation, mapping data flow
- Build the technical foundation for AI-driven self-service analytics
- Drive adoption of self-service analytics
- Equip teams with knowledge and guardrails for independent building
- Provide training and cross-functional support to teams
- Govern PR reviews to ensure quality and alignment before deployment
