Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Data Science, or comparable discipline; Master's in Economics, Business Statistics, or related field is advantage
- At least 3 years data analytics experience, minimum 2 years master data management, 2 years data ingestion
- Strong expertise handling and analyzing insurance data, ideally direct insurance and/or reinsurance
- Advanced SQL, R, and Python programming skills; extensive data warehousing and modern data management knowledge
- Experience with large-scale projects; ability to manage multiple priorities dynamically
- Business-fluent English skills, written and spoken
Aufgaben
- Support users globally for LUCA, LIDIA, and MDS
- Resolve incidents for business-critical applications
- Perform root cause analysis for incidents
- Conduct user training for applications
- Coordinate closely with IT teams
- Act as subject matter expert for data management initiatives and projects
- Support implementation activities for data management projects
- Continuously enhance business solutions
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize ETL processes and master data management activities
- Identify, assess, and document risks related to applications and data handling processes
- Analyze end-to-end data flows and business processes to improve data quality, consistency, and governance
- Develop and optimize existing applications, introducing innovative technologies and best practices
- Establish and refine standards, controls, and procedures for data ingestion
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and IT functions to align data management solutions with objectives
- Advise and support Product Owners and project leaders
- Provide data expertise and data provisioning
- Critically review functional solution designs
- Contribute to large-scale transformation initiatives
- Support solution design, testing, implementation, and change management for transformation initiatives
