- Experience in near real-time, data-driven, automated systems

- Knowledge and/or experience of quality control, calibration and validation

- Perform data ingestion, processing, and product distribution
- Analyze data and products
- Monitor and report on operational performance
- Develop, document, and maintain tools for production statistics generation and reporting
- Develop, document, and maintain tools for PDGS monitoring and reporting
- Prepare for new missions
- Execute operational tests for new missions
- Develop and maintain operational documentation and procedures
- Prepare and deliver training activities for new missions
- Test and implement new products
- Set up, implement, and update operational procedures and documentation
- Investigate anomalies
- Perform first line maintenance
- Provide on-call support
- Coordinate with external organizations and service providers
- Attend technical meetings
- Participate in formal reviews
