Anforderungen
- PhD. or Master’s Degree in computer science, data science, applied mathematics, statistics, econometrics or engineering with at least one year of business curriculum and one year of data and analytics/statistics curriculum
- 3+ years professional experience, ideally in strategy consulting with broad project range, at least one year in Growth, Strategy, and Marketing
- Mastery of quantitative methods for data analysis
- Proven experience developing robust analytics solutions
- Ability to comprehend complex business topics, structure problems, derive and test hypotheses, and execute solution pathway
- Solid communication skills with structure, empathy, and emotional intelligence
- Working knowledge of supervised/unsupervised learning model evaluation, data transformation, data visualization, python core data science packages (pandas, numpy, scipy, scikit-learn), and NLP packages (SpaCy, transformers/LLMs NLP pipelines)
- Working knowledge of python, SQL and databases, git, API and web service development (FastAPI); rudimentary knowledge of MLOps, ssh, linux terminal, bash, user interfaces, system architectures, and agile methodologies
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Respectful with team spirit and high ethical standards
- Due Diligence experience in the context of deals
- Multi-lingual
- High achiever in sports, arts, games, academics, competitions, and awards
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps Services
- Experience with deep learning libraries (TensorFlow or PyTorch)
- Experience with cloud-based NLP LLMs and Platforms (Open AI’s GPT, Chat GPT, Meta’s Llama, IBM’s Watson NLP, Amazon Comprehend, Azure NLP, Google NLP, BERT, BARD, Gemini)
- Knowledge of application containers and orchestration (docker, docker compose, Kubernetes)

- Deliver a broad range of projects in Value Creation Insights
- Deliver projects with high business complexity
- Deliver projects with high technical complexity
- Translate business and technical requirements
- Define project scope
- Define customization requirements
- Package outcomes for business executives
- Assist the Executive Team and Sales in developing proposals
- Align resource requirements with the delivery team
- Develop customized approaches for specific insights
- Code in Python and SQL
- Check and improve model performance
- Check and improve classification performance
- Check and improve clustering performance
- Correct for content biases
- Perform quality control of standard data pipes
- Perform quality control of customized approaches
- Check output from a business perspective
- Check output from a technical perspective
- Iterate accordingly to ensure the right outcome
- Summarize findings into PPT presentations
- Summarize insights into PowerBI dashboards
- Participate in read-outs with client team members
- Present results to clients
- Ensure handovers to clients
- Ensure customer success
- Assist the Value Creation Insights Product Lead in solutions development
- Ensure security policies and procedures are followed
- Support ISO certification and ISMS
- Proactively drive improvements
- Make the case for roadmap integration
