Aufgaben
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5+ DataOps Engineers
- Foster a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning
- Contribute to the design, development, testing, and optimization of data ingestion frameworks
- Build production-grade pipelines using Azure Databricks, ADF, and Kafka
- Write code and solve complex engineering challenges
- Participate in code reviews and lead by example
- Drive DataOps initiatives and define technical priorities
- Guide the evolution of data ingestion frameworks
- Introduce and strengthen DevOps practices within Data Engineering
- Implement CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, logging, and error handling
- Balance delivery commitments with long-term platform scalability and reliability
- Collaborate with Data Architects, engineering leaders, product teams, and business stakeholders
- Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Align priorities, manage expectations, and communicate progress and risks
- Ensure engineering initiatives support broader business objectives
- Improve pipeline performance, reliability, observability, and cost efficiency
- Establish engineering standards and address technical debt
- Troubleshoot production challenges
- Encourage continuous improvement of data solutions
