Aufgaben
- Structure, analyze, and execute debt financing solutions, including acquisition, refinancing, growth, and project financings
- Build and review financial models, cash flow analyses, and credit metrics
- Support and lead debt advisory mandates
- Prepare and review information memoranda, lender presentations, and management materials
- Coordinate and communicate with banks, debt funds, and financing providers
- Support negotiation of term sheets and credit documentation
- Manage financing-related due diligence
- Respond to lender information requests
- Conduct market analyses on debt products and trends
- Review work prepared by Analysts
- Provide guidance and training to Analysts
- Collaborate with M&A and Corporate Finance teams
