Anforderungen
- Strong academic track record
- Internship experience in Debt Advisory, Leveraged or Structured Finance, or similar Investment Bank/Advisory roles
- Fundamental understanding of financial valuation methodologies and applications
- Financial modelling and analytical abilities; strong LBO and DCF modelling skills
- Understanding of financial statements analysis with ability to work through key assumptions, caveats, and limitations
- Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Strong work ethic, organizational skills, ability to work independently in fast-paced environment, and multitask
- Motivated and demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with all staff levels in a rapidly changing, demanding, but rewarding environment
Aufgaben
- Support execution of financing mandates (acquisition, refinancing, lender education)
- Prepare client deliverables (information memoranda, presentations, marketing materials)
- Support analysis and negotiation of financing terms and documentation
- Formulate client recommendations
- Prepare, analyze, and present financial models
- Assist in business development activities
- Prepare pitch materials for new client engagements
- Support coverage of debt investors (banks, credit funds, asset managers)
- Coordinate third-party workstreams with advisers
- Support commercial and financial due diligence
