- University degree in finance, accounting, or quantitative discipline
- Outstanding analytical, conceptual, and communication skills

Aufgaben
- Structure, analyze, and execute debt financing solutions
- Build and review financial models, cash flow analyses, and credit metrics
- Support and lead debt advisory mandates
- Prepare information memoranda, lender presentations, and management materials
- Coordinate and communicate with banks, debt funds, and financing providers
- Support negotiation of term sheets, credit documentation, and financial covenants
- Manage the financing-related due diligence process
- Respond to lender information requests
- Conduct market analyses on debt products, pricing, structures, and trends
- Review work prepared by Analysts
- Provide guidance and on-the-job training
- Work closely with M&A, Equity Advisory, and Corporate Finance teams
