Anforderungen

Currently enrolled in bachelor’s/master’s degree program, continuing study for at least one more year

Aufgaben

Support coordination and follow-up of operational and governance activities
Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and meeting materials
Collect, consolidate, and update data from different sources
Maintain accurate and consistent records
Track action items, deadlines, and project progress
Support timely follow-up of open topics
Contribute to preparation and maintenance of governance documentation, procedures, and controls
Support organization of meetings by preparing agendas and minutes
Coordinate follow-up actions for meetings
Assist with process monitoring and improvement initiatives
Conduct research and analysis related to delivery, operations, and governance topics
Use Excel, Power BI, and AI-based tools for reporting and analysis
Use Excel, Power BI, and AI-based tools to support productivity
