Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Analytics, or related technical/analytical field
- At least 3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, S&OP, Supply Chain Planning, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline
- Previous S&OP experience in high-volume forecasting or multinational manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Advanced MS Excel skills required
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable reporting and analytics tools is an advantage
- Willingness to travel up to 10-15%
- Fluent English required
- Good German skills preferred
Aufgaben
- Lead demand planning activities
- Contribute to the global Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process
- Partner with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning, Customer Service, and Operations
- Develop an aligned consensus demand plan
- Identify demand planning risks and opportunities
- Provide forecasts, analyses, and performance data for business reviews
- Support assigned regions, product portfolios, and business segments
- Drive forecast quality, customer service, and inventory health
- Lead Demand Review meetings
- Develop and maintain consensus demand forecasts
- Use statistical forecasting, historical demand, and commercial inputs
- Incorporate market trends, promotions, and new product introductions
- Manage end-of-life activities and portfolio changes
- Monitor demand planning performance, including forecast accuracy and bias
- Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement in demand planning
- Prepare and communicate demand forecasts for S&OP
- Communicate demand planning assumptions, scenarios, and performance metrics
- Present demand planning risks, opportunities, and recommendations
- Analyze demand trends and order patterns
- Analyze open orders and inventory information
- Analyze business drivers to identify planning gaps
- Coordinate demand planning for product launches and promotions
- Coordinate demand planning for new product introductions and end-of-life transitions
- Coordinate demand planning for large orders and product rationalization
- Maintain and improve planning processes and forecasting methodologies
- Manage master data and planning system inputs within Kinaxis and SAP
- Prepare and present demand planning analyses and KPI reporting
- Document resulting actions from demand planning analyses
- Assign owners for demand planning actions
- Follow up on completion of demand planning actions
