Anforderungen
- Technical degree with very good grade (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Physics, or similar) or technical technician qualification
- Initial experience in process development, preferably in sensitive mechatronic parts
- Expertise in assembly and handling of delicate components and electrical tooling, preferably with higher cleanliness standards
- Eagerness to work autonomously and responsibly in a team as a curious pioneer
- Enjoyment of goal achievement and excellent communication with colleagues
- Willingness to take on responsibility and create structure
- Self-perception as a reliable, assertive problem solver
- Willingness for occasional business travel
- Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, SAP, Polarion, and SharePoint
- Very good German and English language skills, spoken and written
Aufgaben
- Lead process and tool development for field integration of sensitive components
- Commission, verify, and implement processes and tools
- Hand over processes and tools to Customer Support and Engineering
- Document results of process and tool implementation
- Document processes with work instructions
- Train Customer Support staff on processes
- Support prototype development through requirements definition
- Support prototype development through validation
- Coordinate prototype setup through to successful use
- Plan approvals, tests, and experiments in workshop and cleanroom
- Carry out approvals, tests, and experiments with specialist departments
- Document results of approvals, tests, and experiments
- Align requirements and tolerances with multiple interfaces
- Compare and document requirements and tolerances
- Implement requirements and tolerances
- Coordinate development execution through audits and reviews
- Identify development and serial production risks
- Investigate weaknesses in development and production
- Develop improvement proposals for identified weaknesses
- Address issues in a targeted, expert manner
