Anforderungen
- Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field
- Several years of practical experience in design, development, and deployment of data science solutions in production
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with modern data science ecosystems, machine learning frameworks, and distributed data processing technologies
- Experience with cloud-based AI development on Microsoft Azure, including software engineering practices like APIs, version control, CI/CD and DevOps
- Strong expertise in statistical modelling and machine learning, with relevant experience in Generative and Agentic AI
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, experience in agile, cross-functional teams, ability to translate complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in healthcare, supply chain, logistics, or pricing domains is beneficial but not required
- Professional proficiency in English required. German is a plus.

- Design, develop, and deploy generative AI solutions
- Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI solutions
- Lead end-to-end AI product development
- Build solutions using Python, Pyspark, and Databricks
- Build solutions using Microsoft Azure
- Implement best practices in CI/CD and MLOps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for data-driven decision making
- Identify opportunities for AI adoption
- Ensure model quality, reliability, and explainability
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance
- Mentor junior data scientists
- Contribute to the continuous development of AI Factory capabilities
- Contribute to the continuous development of AI Factory standards
- Evaluate and adopt new AI technologies and trends
- Evaluate and adopt new AI frameworks and development approaches
