- Deep domain familiarity with supply chain, procurement, fulfillment, and operational processes
- Familiarity with CPG & Retail industries
- Demonstrated ability to manage or mentor a team of 6-7 individual contributors
- Strong passion for team coaching and talent development
- Strong business acumen
- Experience owning ACV, net retention, and renewal pipeline metrics
- Outstanding executive presence
- Proven track record of building C-level relationships
- Experience with global brands and regional retail leaders
Aufgaben
- Drive ARR targets, renewal forecasts, and net retention for the DACH CPG & Retail sector
- Ensure high forecasting accuracy and steer accounts toward realized value
- Recruit, onboard, lead, and mentor a team of Value Engineers
- Maintain high standards through coaching and performance management
- Plan career progression for team members
- Serve as a Celonis Executive Sponsor on critical DACH deals
- Lead high-impact executive meetings, dry runs, and value sprints
- Lead strategic transformation workshops
- Partner with customer executives to position Celonis for process intelligence and AI adoption
- Utilize Celonis Context Model and Digital Twin capabilities
- Cultivate executive-level relationships with partners and account executives
- Align customer strategies with Celonis AI solutions
- Standardize and scale best practices and solution blueprints
- Develop CPG/Retail industry-specific frameworks
- Focus on top- and bottom-line business impact
- Maintain green customer health and expand retention
- Build an inclusive, high-trust environment
- Attract top-tier external talent and retain top performers
- Accelerate individual growth and address underperformance
- Embody a player/coach mentality
- Maintain active on-site presence with priority accounts
- Uphold strict quality standards across all engagements
- Champion an entrepreneurial growth mindset

- Spearhead new go-to-market motions
