Aufgaben
- Own ARR targets, renewal forecasts, and net retention for the DACH CPG & Retail sector
- Ensure accurate forecasting and drive accounts toward realized value
- Recruit, onboard, lead, and mentor a team of 6-7 Value Engineers
- Maintain high team standards through coaching and performance management
- Plan career progression for team members
- Serve as an Executive Sponsor on critical DACH deals
- Lead executive meetings, dry runs, value sprints, and transformation workshops
- Partner with customer executives to position Celonis for process intelligence and AI adoption
- Utilize Celonis Context Model and Digital Twin capabilities
- Cultivate executive relationships with partners and account teams
- Align customer strategies with Celonis AI solutions
- Standardize and scale best practices and solution blueprints
- Develop CPG/Retail industry-specific frameworks
- Focus on top- and bottom-line business impact
- Maintain green customer health and expand retention
- Build an inclusive, high-trust environment for talent
- Attract top-tier external talent
- Retain top-performing employees
- Accelerate individual growth within the team
- Address underperformance proactively
