- Around 7 years of professional experience in management reporting and investment controlling, or related field
- Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail, high commitment, and sound business judgment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team-player mindset
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments, businesses, and territories
- Ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with finance systems and BI solutions
- Knowledge of SAP Financial Consolidation, AnaplanXL and OneStream is a strong plus
- Fluency in German
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in French language is a plus
Aufgaben
- Review and challenge subsidiary performance and planning assumptions
- Coordinate monthly reporting, forecasts, and budgets with subsidiaries
- Evaluate upcoming investment decisions
- Coordinate Group approval processes
- Provide assessments of investment proposals
- Analyze and evaluate historical investment performance
- Perform ad-hoc analyses for top management
- Support Executive Committee and Board meetings
