Anforderungen
- University degree in business, finance, economics, or engineering (or similar), potentially MBA or PhD level
- Proven track record leading complex cross-border M&A transactions
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, valuation, deal structuring, and transaction processes
- Experience managing due diligence and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to build effective working relationships and manage diverse, cross-functional teams in various cultural contexts

Aufgaben
- Lead and manage the Group's portfolio of M&A projects globally
- Drive transactions end-to-end from initiation through closing
- Coordinate commercial, financial, operational, tax, legal, ESG, and strategic due diligence
- Develop transaction structures and evaluate strategic alternatives
- Lead negotiations with counterparties and external advisors
- Own and continuously improve M&A governance and process framework
- Maintain transaction reporting, pipeline tracking, and portfolio oversight
- Establish and monitor best practices for deal execution and post-transaction reviews
- Support integration planning and governance processes
- Drive continuous improvement of M&A execution capabilities
- Evaluate investment opportunities through strategic and financial assessment
- Challenge business cases and key assumptions
- Coordinate reviews with other group functions and country management
- Support strategic portfolio reviews and capital allocation decisions
- Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies for transactions
- Prepare recommendations and decision materials for Senior Management
- Conduct ad-hoc market or competitor analyses
