- Set up finance systems from scratch
- Set up finance reporting from scratch
- Hands-on ownership of numbers
- Pragmatic approach
- High-ownership in fast-moving environment
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to explain numbers simply to founders, team leads, investors, and auditors
- Experience turning messy books into investor/buyer readiness
- Comfortable with close checklists
- Comfortable with board decks

- Experience with marketplace businesses (bonus)

Aufgaben
- Own the finance function end to end
- Manage accounting, month-end close, controlling, tax, and audit
- Work with external finance partners
- Build the in-house finance team
- Make the company investment- and exit-ready
- Build reporting, controls, and data room quality
- Develop the financial narrative for investors or acquirers
- Lead financing or transaction processes
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
- Run budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Provide clear, decision-grade input to founders and team leads
- Manage cash, treasury, and unit economics
- Manage liquidity, payment flows, and working capital
- Keep margins and payout economics under tight control
- Choose and implement scalable finance tooling, processes, and controls
- Partner on strategic decisions
- Support M&A, partnerships, and build-vs-buy evaluations with financial analysis
