- Own IT and security strategy, architecture, operations, and budget
- Develop and harden cybersecurity posture
- Manage security architecture, endpoint and identity
- Oversee incident response and vendor security
- Position IT infrastructure and support as an AI-enabled service
- Optimize IT service delivery for user satisfaction and fast resolution
- Institutionalize the ecosystem governance model
- Scale innovation across the ecosystem
- Drive cloud-first standardization and digitalization
- Implement data governance and responsible data use
- Expand the SAP CoE to other areas
- Drive AI enablement across all departments and the ecosystem
- Develop shared AI skills and approved tooling
- Establish responsible AI governance
- Automate core business processes end to end
- Lead and grow the IT and security team
- Govern external partners with clear accountability
- Advise Executive Management on technology, security, and risk
- Advise senior ecosystem leadership on technology, security, and risk
