Anforderungen
- University degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Expertise in leading transformation initiatives in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Lean principles, continuous improvement, problem-solving, and project management
- Success in building, leading, and developing teams
- Strategic thinking with pragmatic execution mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Structured and results-oriented approach to planning and execution
- Ability to lead through influence in complex matrix organizations
- Experience in regulated manufacturing, preferably MedTech
- Fluent English and German (written and spoken)
- Regular business travel between operational sites
Aufgaben
- Contribute to developing, deploying, and executing the Operations Strategy
- Lead strategic, cross-functional, and cross-site transformation programs
- Ensure alignment with the Operations Strategy and delivery of business results
- Ensure effective execution of the project portfolio
- Deliver agreed milestones, KPIs, and business outcomes
- Establish, own, and facilitate the PMO and Operations Council
- Provide governance, project management standards, prioritization, and oversight
- Partner with Site Directors, Functional Leaders, and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities and align priorities
- Drive execution of strategic initiatives
- Build, lead, and develop an Operational Excellence team
- Act as a change leader for organizational transformation
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Ensure program and project execution complies with regulatory requirements
