Aufgaben
- Translate site strategy into an executable product and project portfolio
- Connect people, priorities, resources, and decisions for reliable delivery
- Lead the PPMO, portfolio governance, and resource prioritization
- Oversee product lifecycles and cross-functional decision-making
- Lead the local product and project portfolio, ensuring transparency
- Drive portfolio decisions balancing strategic objectives and capacity
- Own the local portfolio intake process and align investments
- Ensure business cases include clear value, risk, and resource considerations
- Maintain an effective project governance framework
- Use portfolio KPIs and dashboards to support decision-making
- Ensure consistent application of governance standards and processes
- Act as advisor and escalation point for complex projects
- Apply ICH Q8–Q10, QbD, CPV, and risk management principles
- Oversee lifecycle initiatives including technology transfers and stability programs
- Apply product and process knowledge to drive risk mitigation
- Use product and process insights to guide improvement strategies
- Support audits, inspections, regulatory submissions, and investigations
- Lead, develop, and coach the local PPMO organization
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and improvement
- Partner closely with Global PMO on governance and standards
- Provide transparency on site demand and resource capacity
- Represent the Kiel site perspective in global governance discussions
- Serve as senior PPMO partner to site leadership
- Facilitate cross-functional decision-making across departments
