Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in Supply Planning in GMP-regulated manufacturing
- Experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills for translating complex data into business decisions
- Proactive risk identification, problem-solving, and prioritization in dynamic manufacturing
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and influence
- Structured, solution-oriented, customer-focused working style with continuous improvement mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power BI
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ePP/DS, and Kinaxis Maestro is preferred
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Aufgaben
- Manage end-to-end supply planning for assigned portfolio
- Ensure reliable product availability
- Balance service, inventory, and capacity
- Translate customer demand into feasible plans
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and Global Supply Chain
- Develop and maintain mid- and long-term Master Production Schedules
- Optimize line utilization
- Utilize SAP, Kinaxis Maestro, and Power BI
- Improve transparency with KPI tools
- Support data-driven decision-making
- Act as primary interface between Manufacturing, Visual Inspection, Quality Control, and Global Supply Chain
- Coordinate batch progress throughout manufacturing
- Ensure alignment across all stakeholders
- Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Participate in cross-functional planning meetings
- Participate in cross-functional decision-making meetings
