Aufgaben
- Oversee artist webstores and guide clients on e-commerce practices
- Ensure seamless execution of campaigns and product launches
- Meet deadlines and execute campaigns flawlessly
- Generate innovative campaign ideas
- Lead teams and clients through the entire process
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Manage company D2C and e-commerce operations across the EU
- Take full responsibility for online stores, including artist and label Shopify stores
- Integrate online stores with warehouse and ERP systems
- Create and maintain product listings across stores
- Coordinate and manage the external logistics partner
- Align daily operations with the external logistics partner
- Oversee order fulfillment processes
- Ensure accurate handling of order, shipping, and payment status
- Manage and continuously improve customer service processes
- Integrate new systems and tools for efficient customer support
- Implement store front-end changes and optimizations
- Administer D2C stock reservations and associated workflows
- Serve as the central point of contact for all EU e-commerce daily business
