Anforderungen
- Employee relations and Works Council management experience in Germany
- Labor law navigation experience in Austria (advantageous)
- HR BP with material ER exposure or ER specialist experience
- Fluent German and English communication skills
- Negotiation skills and ability to influence
- Ability to build partnerships and work in matrixed environment
- Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related degree
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth technology company (preferred)
Aufgaben
- Manage end-to-end disciplinary and grievance investigations
- Conduct witness interviews
- Collate investigation findings
- Maintain compliance with local law
- Support people managers in addressing underperformance
- Apply the Performance Improvement Framework (PIF) using standard methodologies
- Collaborate with HRBPs, Employment Legal, and Employee Success COEs
- Represent HR as '1 HR' to the business
- Partner with ER team members across EMEA
- Share best practices with the ER team
- Leverage support from ER team members
- Lead ER cases across designated regions
- Support performance management processes
- Run disciplinary, grievance, and separation processes
- Manage complex casework
- Conduct internal investigations in consultation with local Works Councils
- Manage restructures and reorganization programs
- Apply local legal processes during reorganizations
- Adhere to Works Council co-determination requirements
- Apply Salesforce practice and policy across diverse jurisdictions
- Coach business leaders and people managers through ER challenges
- Manage business risk
- Balance commercial decisions with employee welfare
- Deliver training on ER processes
- Facilitate training on ER processes
- Deliver training on leadership best practices
- Facilitate training on leadership best practices
- Generate metrics to share themes and trends
- Analyze metrics to share themes and trends
- Report on metrics to share themes and trends
- Track case trends utilizing the internal ER case management system
- Report case trends utilizing the internal ER case management system
- Analyze case trends utilizing the internal ER case management system
- Lead special projects/programs requiring ER input
- Participate in special projects/programs requiring ER input
- Participate in HR Compliance activity
