Aufgaben
- Strengthen the CPSO's public positioning
- Shape high-impact narratives around the CPSO's leadership agenda
- Maximize the CPSO's voice, impact, and reach
- Enhance Siemens' perception as a technology company
- Translate complex people and sustainability topics into inspiring messages
- Spar with and support the CPSO to create compelling content
- Craft briefing materials, speaking notes, and strategic communications
- Develop content for panel discussions and keynote appearances
- Write compelling speeches and related social media content
- Tailor messages to diverse audiences across fields and channels
- Steer overarching communication projects related to CPSO appearances
- Research and align content with Siemens businesses, functions, and Communications colleagues
- Act as a sparring partner for the CPSO in messaging development
- Provide strategic counsel and guidance to the CPSO
- Analyze audience feedback on communication effectiveness
- Support executive communications planning and activity monitoring
- Identify new communication opportunities with the Siemens Communications Team
