Anforderungen
- University degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Control Systems (ICS), Governance, or related field, preferably in international organization
- Strong knowledge of Compliance Management Systems, compliance governance, and risk & control frameworks
- Experience in conducting compliance risk assessments and evaluating compliance controls
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills with pragmatic and business-oriented mindset
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- German and English language skills, both written and spoken
Aufgaben
- Drive continuous development and enhancement of the CMS
- Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for compliance in an international environment
- Support implementation, harmonization, and optimization of compliance processes, policies, standards, controls, and governance frameworks
- Monitor and assess legal and regulatory developments
- Evaluate impact on compliance risks and controls
- Conduct compliance risk assessments
- Support design, implementation, and testing of compliance controls
- Coordinate assessment, investigation, and remediation of compliance concerns
- Support design and execution of compliance awareness, communication, and training initiatives
- Prepare management reports, KPI analyses, and presentations for senior management and governance bodies
